SCREW CONVEYOR

Screw conveyor is widely used in transportation of granular materials. Screw rotates in a tube or bush and moves material forward. In some processes, some machinery should be fed with continuous salt to not stop production.

We manufacture our screw conveyors to provide ease of installation and maintenance to the washing line. We can adjust the inclination and length of screw according to customer request. Thanks to its compact structure, it easily adapts to every area.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

Our screw conveyor is based on principle that screw moves material through translation movement in pipes. Its screw shaft starts to rotate with drive of an electric motor. Salt at the base thus moves forward.

FEATURES

Efficient transport is provided due to conveyor's low inclination angle. Carrier screw is driven by a reducer motor.
Top covers of the conveyors are easily openable hinges, thus opening discharge hatches and cleaning inside of system easily.
Conveyor contact points are made of stainless steel.
Depending on customer requirements, it can be mounted horizontally or inclined, adapting easily to the system.
Maintenance is very easy.
It is widely preferred for the transport of dry and semi-fluid materials.
Sealing is done in places where dust and vapor must not be passed, it is subjected to the standard seal welding process.
